The house at Smithy Bank Farm, in the sought after village of Norley in Cheshire, was one of a number of
buildings examined in the Vale Royal Borough Council historic buildings survey
1977 to 1979, and the building was subsequently selected as a locally important
building by the Borough Council.
Recently converted by Village Living, the two homes subsequently created, Smithy Bank House and Smithy Bank Cottage, have undergone a
comprehensive scheme of extensive restoration and transformation and now provide all the
comforts of a luxury modern home within a period residence of local historic
significance.
